Shipping & Delivery – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

"Great Little Scooter

I had my doubts at first. How could this inexpensive scooter be worth it. Well, it has exceeded my expectations. The Battery life is exceptional! I reached out to the company's customer service representative with a question to find that they are all about our satisfaction. In this day and age, that's impressive. Bottom line, this scooter is a value at it's price, but the support you get makes it an even greater value. Quick shout out to Coralia in customer service. "Perfect for my use

Received scooter quickly and well packaged. It took two people to remove from carton. Assembly was minimal. Because I have balance problems I am unable to walk the dog on my fairly level neighborhood streets. Researched less expensive but good quality scooters and purchased the S1. It is well built and suits me very well. It has a powerful motor for gentle climbs and nice features, with both left hand and right hand operation. For my purposes it is excellent and when dog begins to limp from a previous injury, he fits wonderfully on floor board (see photo).A side note: although the battery arrived fully charged I recommend checking the tire pressure. Mine was low but a bicycle tire pump work very well. Additional comment: customer service is quick and very helpful. I needed assistance and received it within 24 hours via email. A joy to find a company that responds so completely so rapidly."

"Sturdy and powerful

Quick delivery, easy set up, high quality product. This scooter is for my 92-yr-old mother. It came quickly and was easy to get started right out of the box. I have driven it on our hilly property and it is sturdy and easily able to climb small hills. It brakes automatically. It feels like it can tip if turning on a hill. It eould be absolutely dependable on sidewalks. So glad I got it!"

"Great purchase

I bought this for my dad to get from his house out to his garage, and it works great. He's not a big guy (5'6) and it's perfectly sized for him. We live in the country where there's no sidewalks or street access, so it's dirt and gravel with some grass. It goes well on all of it. It goes fast for it's size and takes some getting used too when backing up or turning around things. We use the low slow gears and it's perfect. Dad has his freedom back."
