Shipping & Delivery – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. We typically ship using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the item and destination. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery, as quick reporting is essential.

  • Visible Damage: If your item arrives with clear shipping damage, please note it when signing or refuse the delivery so it can be returned to the supplier.
  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs or offer a free replacement.

"Very impressed!

We are so very excited to get our Journey Air in! It fits wonderfully in the trunk of our Toyota YARIS! And is so portable! It went up the ramp GREAT! And has a great brake Mechanism too! We ordered this to get my grandma in and out of the casino! It will be great for that with how well it’s handling the ramp at home! We also love how the battery comes off easily for charging, without having to bring the whole chair in! Very pleased with our purchase!"

"Tried Out Three Mobility Devices. This one is a Keeper !

My wife is 5' 2," 100 lbs. The Journey Air Silver is the perfect size for her. For the fun of it, I, at 6' 2" 210 lb. tried it out and it works well for me too! We love that its truly lightweight. We can quickly fold it up and take it anywhere we choose, and we really like the small turning radius, the washable seat and back cushions, the variable speed, and the long runtime on a full charge. Medicare is providing my wife a much heavier, much more expensive chair, but it's not transportable without building a ramp for our stairs and purchasing a trailer hitch mounted carrier...what PITA. Three cheers for the Journey!!"

"Easy to control!

This was our second purchase of the Journey Air. The first one had a defect and stopped working after a couple of weeks. We tried another brand but it wasn’t smooth and difficult to operate.
