Shipping & Delivery – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery, as quick reporting is essential.

  • Visible Damage: If your item arrives with clear shipping damage, please note it when signing or refuse the delivery so it can be returned to the supplier.
  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

My Personal Freedom

"Thank You so much for Zinger Chair, I am waiting for an answer from a Foundation about a Prosthetic for my left leg. In the meantime I have pretty much been Isolated in my Apartment. I don't get visitors except for my Home Health Provider. My Family appreciates my Chair

"The first couple of days, I drove around the house slowly, getting used to the chair before I would take it out in public. Once I got used to how to steer and control the speed, I took it out to my Grandchildren's baseball games. I was able to be with my family and enjoy the day without having to be overcome with pain. I have Muscular Dystrophy and it's very difficult to walk more than about 100 yards. After the games we all went to a board game store where my Granddaughter wanted a ride so I obviously obliged. My son-in-law told me it was great that I have the chair because now I can interact with the family more. We did a trip to the Zoo to see the Christmas lights. I love the speed too, I can get through grocery stores very fast. All I can say is that this chair has changed my life."
