Shipping & Returns – Direct Mobility USA
At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.
Shipment Process
Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking details within 8 days, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.
Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, make a note of it when signing for the delivery or refuse the package so it is returned to the supplier. If there is concealed damage after opening the package, contact us immediately at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos, and we will assist in processing a claim with the manufacturer.
Returns & Refunds
• Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned to the manufacturer within this period.
• If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible for repair costs before it can be resold.
• Return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusals at the time of delivery.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Do not send the product back to the manufacturer without first contacting Direct Mobility USA to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued for the total purchase amount minus shipping fees and the 25% restocking fee.

Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.
Shipping & Return Shipping Costs
Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions, as return locations vary by product.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee
All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.
Cancellations
• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administrative fee, whether or not they have shipped.
• If an order has already shipped, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
