Shipping & Delivery – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. We typically ship using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the item and destination. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery, as quick reporting is essential.

  • Visible Damage: If your item arrives with clear shipping damage, please note it when signing or refuse the delivery so it can be returned to the supplier.
  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs or offer a free replacement.

"Bought this scooter for my father who is no longer driving. Walking long distances isn't as easy for him now that he's 76. This scooter worked out perfectly!! He can get it up and down his stairs when he needs to go out and it's small enough to ride directly into the small neighborhood store he frequents. The only accessory we needed to buy was a basket to go on the front his bags. I would highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't need a big full size medical scooter. This one fit into the trunk of our 2-door Honda. However the shipping box is huge and heavy upon arrival. Assistance might be needed."

Tough Powerful Fast

"Who needs a key when one can easily lock the unit folded.

The unit is powerful, fast, easily handles inclines. The speed control is welcome. Sturdy, tough and balanced. I am 225 lbs and have no issue with the unit. I must be conscious of the balance in a tight turn at my weight. Not a problem for those that have been using carts in a supermarket or large store."
