Shipping & Delivery – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. We typically ship using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the item and destination. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery, as quick reporting is essential.

  • Visible Damage: If your item arrives with clear shipping damage, please note it when signing or refuse the delivery so it can be returned to the supplier.
