Shipping & Delivery – Direct Mobility USA
At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.
Shipment Process
Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. We typically ship using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the item and destination. If you do not receive tracking details within 8 days, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery, as quick reporting is essential.
- Visible Damage: If your item arrives with clear shipping damage, please note it when signing or refuse the delivery so it can be returned to the supplier.
- Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs or offer a free replacement.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available free of change to the customer. If you require expedited shipping, please select the option at checkout.
Shipping Delays
In the event of a delay, we will notify you with an updated timeline. If you do not hear from us within the stated timeframe, please contact us at contact@directmobilityusa.com
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, you may cancel your order by contacting us directly.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as applicable.
