Engineered for travelers, this lightweight and compact wheelchair is airline- and cruise-friendly, offering an easy-to-fold design that simplifies storage and transport. With a robust 350 lb weight capacity, it features a customizable look with four frame colors and five cushion options, ensuring both comfort and style. Its powerful dual 250W brushless motors enable smooth rides at speeds of up to 4 mph.

This wheelchair’s intelligent 360-degree waterproof joystick offers unparalleled control, featuring power and speed settings, a battery indicator, and a horn. Depending on your needs, the 12AH lithium-ion battery provides a range of up to 13 miles, while the optional 20AH battery extends the range to 19 miles. Whether exploring new destinations or handling daily commutes, the Majestic IQ-7000 ensures a reliable and safe ride.

Airline & Cruise Approved
Airline & Cruise Approved: The MAJESTIC IQ-7000 electric wheelchair comes with storage bag under the seat and two battery size options. The IQ-7000 comes with a standard 12AH lithium-ion battery that is airline and cruise approved and offers up to 13 miles of driving distance. The optional 20AH lithium-ion, long-range battery is not airline or cruise approved but can travel up to 17 miles. Each battery can be charged while in the wheelchair or charged independently.

Warranty Information

Shipping & Returns – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking details within 8 days, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, make a note of it when signing for the delivery or refuse the package so it is returned to the supplier. If there is concealed damage after opening the package, contact us immediately at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos, and we will assist in processing a claim with the manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds

• Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned to the manufacturer within this period.

• If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible for repair costs before it can be resold.

• Return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusals at the time of delivery.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Do not send the product back to the manufacturer without first contacting Direct Mobility USA to initiate the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the total purchase amount minus shipping fees and the 25% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.

Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions, as return locations vary by product.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee

All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.

Cancellations

• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administrative fee, whether or not they have shipped.

• If an order has already shipped, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
