The ComfyGo Majestic IQ-8000 Electric Wheelchair redefines mobility with its lightweight, foldable design and exceptional comfort. Crafted with an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame, this durable wheelchair combines style and functionality, perfect for travel and everyday use. The memory foam cushion with cooling gel inserts ensures long-lasting comfort, while the solid tires allow for smooth navigation on various terrains.

Equipped with dual 250W motors and intelligent electromagnetic brakes, the IQ-8000 provides reliable performance and safety. The 12AH airline-approved battery delivers a range of up to 13 miles, while the optional 20AH battery extends the range to 19 miles for extended adventures. With a customizable frame and cushion colors, this wheelchair offers a personalized mobility experience.

Airline & Cruise Approved
Airline & Cruise Approved: The standard 12AH lithium-ion battery is airline and cruise approved, providing up to 10 miles of driving distance. For extended adventures, opt for the optional 20AH lithium-ion battery, which boasts an impressive range of up to 19 miles (please note that this long-range battery is not airline or cruise approved). Each battery can be charged while in the wheelchair or independently for added convenience.

Warranty Information

Shipping & Returns – Direct Mobility USA

At Direct Mobility USA, we strive to make the ordering process as seamless as possible. Shipping times vary based on availability, but most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means your order has been processed, and your payment has been pre-authorized. We then coordinate with our suppliers and warehouse team to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available and ready to ship within 4 days, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Process

Once we verify stock availability, we will process your payment within 7 days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking details within 8 days, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, make a note of it when signing for the delivery or refuse the package so it is returned to the supplier. If there is concealed damage after opening the package, contact us immediately at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com with photos, and we will assist in processing a claim with the manufacturer.

Returns & Refunds

• Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned to the manufacturer within this period.

• If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, you may be responsible for repair costs before it can be resold.

• Return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusals at the time of delivery.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Do not send the product back to the manufacturer without first contacting Direct Mobility USA to initiate the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the total purchase amount minus shipping fees and the 25% restocking fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Contact@DirectMobilityUSA.com.

Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions, as return locations vary by product.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Restocking Fee

All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the purchase and return.

Cancellations

• Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% administrative fee, whether or not they have shipped.

• If an order has already shipped, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
